At Hey Baby Box, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Free of damage, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Clothing or fabric items that have been worn or washed

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift boxes purchased at a discount or marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at heybabyboxhelp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Gifts will be issued a store credit. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
